Welcome to your ultimate family getaway in the heart of Massanutten Resort! This 5-bedroom, 3-bath mountain lodge sleeps 12 comfortably—perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions, or group adventures. Located just minutes from the ski slopes, adventure park, water park, golf courses, and all the resort’s top attractions, as well as Shenandoah National Park, Harrisonburg and JMU. This home offers something for everyone year-round. Inside you’ll find two levels of living space, each with its own large deck, and each level with beds to sleep 6, a fully stocked kitchen for you culinary endeavors, and additional kitchenette/bar in the basement, along with a large game room that includes a billiards table, a shuffleboard table, a foosball table, and a gaming area featuring a custom retro gaming console to bring out your inner child (or introduce the kids to the classics!). The gaming console includes many games from Nintento, Super Nintendo, Sega, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, PS1, and others! After a day on the mountain, soak in the large private 6-person hot tub, share stories while roasting smore's on the gas fire pit, or just unwind on one of the two large decks with fresh mountain air and wooded views. Don't leave your fur babies behind! We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets (dogs/cats) as long as house rules are followed. The backyard is also fenced. Carlos’ place made for a wonderful winter weekend getaway. The home is spacious with great attention to detail with things like extra towels ready right by the hot tob. The hot tub was such a treat after a cold morning spent at Massanutten! I was thankful for Carlos’ attention and care as a host. Carlos was extremely communicative before and upon our arrival, answering all questions. We arrived shortly after a major snowstorm had hit the area, and Carlos was quick to help address some snow removal needs, including him coordinating well into the evening to ensure the rest of our stay was relaxing and smooth.

Carlos was super friendly and quick to respond whenever we needed something. His place was really clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for us to relax. There were lots of things to do nearby, which made it perfect for our family. Honestly, he saved our vacation with how responsive and helpful he was, we couldn’t have asked for a better host!
